Role Expectations

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our remote team from the LATAM region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our software solutions meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement quality assurance processes for manual testing.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Communicate effectively with development and product teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in software development.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Solid understanding of web technologies and proficiency in testing web applications.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and quality improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
