Role Expectations for Remote QA Automation Tester (LATAM)

We are looking for a skilled and driven QA Automation Tester to join our remote team from the LATAM region. In this role, you will work closely with diverse teams to ensure the delivery of top-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks and strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed and efficient automated test scripts.
• Execute automated testing and address any issues detected throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Continuously seek out and implement improvements in testing processes.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a QA Automation Tester or similar role in software quality assurance.
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, particularly in test automation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Experience in testing APIs and web services using tools like Postman.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (B2), both written and verbal communication.
