About the Role

We are looking for passionate individuals ready to bring their best to the table. As a UI Path Engineer, you will work fully remotely from anywhere in LATAM, collaborating with international teams to deliver cutting-edge robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. You will develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions that help our clients transform the way they operate, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step.

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of automation scripts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, providing ongoing support and improvements.
• Document automation processes and ensure knowledge transfer to relevant teams.
• Apply best practices in RPA and maintain a high standard of documentation.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the RPA and broader engineering team.

What Are We Looking For? (Skills & Experience)

• Passion for technology and for making a difference with your work.
• Proven experience (5+ years) with UiPath RPA development in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of process automation, software development lifecycle, and coding best practices.
• Experience with .NET, C#, or VB.NET and relational databases is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as a team member in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working with agile teams is a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications for the UI Path Engineer Role

• UiPath Certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA Associate, Advanced RPA Developer) are valued.
• Experience developing automation solutions for global clients.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
