What are we looking for?

Sr. Agile Project Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience in project execution. You possess expert mastery across Agile, Iterative Agile, and Waterfall models, alongside strong skills in budget management and proactive risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile, Iterative Agile, and Waterfall methodologies tailored to project complexity.

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial scope definition and planning through closure and lessons learned.

• Develop, track, and control project budgets, proactively identifying variances with root-cause analysis and corrective options.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) to ensure seamless execution.

• Alert sponsors and senior leadership early regarding emerging risks or budget concerns with clear action plans.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and oversee Waterfall governance checkpoints to ensure strategic alignment.

• Administer project artifacts, backlogs, and roadmaps within Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.

• Coordinate cross-functional, distributed teams while presenting regular status updates to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CSPO certification required.

Experience: Over 10 years of progressive project management experience, including medium-to-large cross-functional projects. 100% English fluency required for client communication in the US (Logistics/transportation experience preferred).

Technical Skills

• Delivery Methodologies: Agile, Iterative Agile, and Waterfall.

• Collaboration & Project Tools: Jira, Confluence, and project management platforms.

• Financial & Budget Control: Cost estimation, budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Risk & Governance: RAID log management, risk quantification, and root-cause analysis.

• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, or equivalent.

• Languages: 100% English fluency (verbal and written).
