Your Mission – Key Responsibilities for Senior Project Management 

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects of varying complexity, maintaining oversight of budgets, timelines, resources, and quality.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Latin America, acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Execute project planning activities including scope definition, goal setting, scheduling, tracking, and risk management.
• Promote and enable the adoption of best practices in Agile, Scrum, or other relevant frameworks to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Facilitate proactive communication, clear documentation, and the resolution of project challenges to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement, seeking innovative solutions, and leveraging feedback to optimise processes and delivery quality.
• Support the growth and wellbeing of your project teams through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration.
• Manage change and expectations, providing regular updates and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

What you need to succeed – Senior Project Management Experience & Technical Delivery Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles, leading technology or software delivery projects (required).
• Certified in Project Management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master (at least one required).
• Proven track record managing complex projects, including distributed or remote teams in Latin America or globally.
• Strong organisational skills: able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with confidence.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication in English (intermediate+ level); proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
• Skilled with digital project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder value.

Nice to Have – Advanced Project Management Capabilities & Industry Knowledge

• Experience leading digital transformation, cloud migration, or large-scale enterprise software implementations.
• Background in industries like banking, fintech, healthcare, or telecommunications.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
• Familiarity with business process improvement, change management, or quality assurance best practices.
