We are looking for a visionary AI Lead with over 8 years of experience in the technology sector, including at least 3 years focused on designing and deploying solutions based on LLMs, RAG architectures, and intelligent agents. As a technical authority, you will master model evaluation, prompt orchestration, and context retrieval strategies to transform complex consulting processes into scalable digital capabilities. Your profile combines exceptional technical depth with the strategic vision required to anticipate trends and convert them into real competitive advantages.

Responsibilities

• Continuously track and evaluate advancements in foundation models, agent frameworks, and memory management techniques for platform integration.

• Own the strategy for LLM selection, benchmarking, and lifecycle management, balancing cost, latency, and performance.

• Design the semantic routing layer for intent detection, task classification, and context-aware decisioning.

• Establish architecture patterns for autonomous agents, ensuring predictability, auditability, and alignment with delivery workflows.

• Lead the design of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, including chunking, data enrichment, and hybrid retrieval strategies.

• Develop evaluation and testing frameworks to ensure the accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI outputs.

• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate AI trends into design principles and production-ready proofs of concept.

• Define technical guardrails and responsible AI principles to meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields (Master’s degree or advanced AI certifications preferred).

• Proven experience leading generative AI projects in enterprise environments, with a strong background in designing scalable software architectures and managing production-grade language models.
