What are we looking for?
Are you a commercial strategist with the empathy to build deep client loyalty and the vision to multiply business from within? We are looking for an Account Manager with more than 4 years of senior experience managing and growing complex technology accounts.
Your focus will be on nurturing existing relationships, applying your expertise in consultative sales, key account management, and IT services to become the indispensable strategic partner for our clients — operating from Colombia with full native or professional English fluency (C1/C2) to successfully manage the US market.
As our new commercial Farmer, you won't just "maintain" clients — you will design the future of our current portfolio. Your mission: deep dive into each client's business challenges, build sustainable growth strategies through up-selling and cross-selling, and ensure we remain their long-term technology ally. What You'll Do
Design and execute comprehensive Account Plans to maximize value delivered and ensure profitability across your assigned client portfolio.
Identify and actively develop strategic up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, expanding our technology footprint within each organization.
Lead relationships and consultative sessions with C-Level executives and directors within the industry.
Collaborate closely with technical specialists and project leaders to guarantee impeccable service delivery and exceed client expectations.
Continuously diagnose new operational or technological pain points within active accounts, articulating tailored value propositions and solutions.
Rigorously record and manage all account information in the CRM, ensuring full transparency of forecast data, pipeline health, and OKR compliance.
Act as the primary brand ambassador to each account, participating in key client spaces and strengthening engagement and satisfaction levels.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 4+ years of demonstrated senior experience in account management and growth (Farmer / KAM role) within IT consulting or complex technology solutions sales, with proven English fluency managing US corporate accounts from Colombia.
Technical Knowledge
Consultative sales methodologies focused on the client lifecycle (loyalty and growth).
Comprehensive CRM management and data discipline — pipeline, forecast, and account planning.
Solid understanding of technology business models: Software Factory, Outsourcing, and Fixed Price projects.
Market intelligence analysis and Customer Success / commercial retention metrics.
Full professional or native English proficiency — C1/C2.
