What are we looking for?
A ServiceNow Platform Engineer specialized in ITSM with 5+ years of experience who masters the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the ITSM suite. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of ITIL processes with a technical command of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and integrations via APIs.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the evolution of our service platform. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, user experience, and the maturity of our IT service management, making you a key pillar for our digital transformation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and configure modules of the ITSM suite (Incident, Change, Request, Problem, Configuration) within the ServiceNow instance.
- Develop and customize advanced functionalities using JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Manage and execute the integration of ServiceNow with other corporate systems using REST/SOAP/APIs protocols.
- Optimize the platform and its workflows by applying automation methodologies such as Flow Designer and Orchestration.
- Ensure the quality, scalability, and security of the platform, adhering to best practices in development and architecture.
- Provide high-level technical support, resolution of complex problems, and evolutionary maintenance of the platform.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions aligned with ITIL.
Requirements
Education: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow (development, administration, configuration) and/or similar roles on ITSM platforms, demonstrating technical solidity and knowledge of ITIL processes.
