What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with over 5 years of experience leading complex software projects. Your profile must stand out for its mastery of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and the translation of business needs into precise technical requirements. You are the ideal candidate if you combine an analytical mindset with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in high-demand environments with global standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields, with a specialization in Project Management.

Experience: Proven track record in software development project management, specifically in roles connecting business analysis with technical execution and team coordination under Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

• Project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
